BSF Recruitment 2025: BSF has brought a golden opportunity for the youth who dream of a government job. There will be a recruitment process for more than 3,500 posts of Head Constable Tradesman in the Border Security Force. The application process for this will start from July 26.
BSF Recruitment 2025: There is a chance for the youth who dream of a government job to work in BSF. The Border Security Force (BSF) has issued an advertisement for the recruitment of 3588 posts of Constable Tradesman. Under this, candidates who have passed 10th class from a recognized board can apply. This is a great opportunity for 10th pass and ITI certificate candidates to join the paramilitary force. These vacancies fall under the Constable (Tradesman) category and are for special trades like cook, cobbler, tailor, water carrier, washerman, sweeper, carpenter. The process of online application will start from 26 July 2025 and candidates will be able to apply till 25 August 2025.
Candidates selected for this post will be placed in pay level-3. They will get a salary of 21,700–69,100 per month as per the 7th Pay Commission. But keep in mind that applications for this post will not be accepted after August 25. Candidates participating in this recruitment process must pass the trade test conducted by the BSF Recruitment Board. The fee for this will be paid online through net banking, UPI, debit/credit card or other available means. Its complete information and exemption will be given in the final notification. Candidates will not be allowed to carry prohibited items like mobile phones or electronic devices to the examination center.

Educational Qualification:
For trades like Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Painter, Pump Operator, Upholster:
- 10th class or equivalent from a recognized board.
- 2 Year ITI Certificate in relevant trade OR
- 1 Year ITI Certificate with 1 Year Trade Experience.
For trades like cobbler, tailor, washerman, barber, sweeper, cook, water carrier etc.:
- 10th class or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
- Working knowledge of the trade.
