Bihar Cabinet: Many big decisions were taken in the Nitish cabinet on Tuesday (September 2). Before the Bihar assembly elections, big decisions are being taken continuously by the Nitish cabinet. Under this, the cabinet has approved 49 agendas.
An important cabinet meeting started at 10.30 am under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. In this meeting, the cabinet agenda includes many such schemes which will have a direct impact on the general public. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and all the ministers and senior officials along with him were present in this meeting.
Women will get 10 thousand rupees for self-employment
Under this scheme, a woman from every family in the state will be given an amount of Rs 10,000 as the first installment to start self-employment. The application process for this will be started soon. The entire responsibility has been given to the Rural Development Department, which will receive applications from women and check their eligibility.
The government has also announced that the transfer of funds to the bank accounts of women will begin from September. Under the scheme, a provision has also been made that the work of women will be assessed six months after starting employment. If further investment is required, they will be given additional assistance of up to two lakh rupees.
Many important proposals related to health, education, agriculture and economic development were discussed in the cabinet meeting. After this, the cabinet approved those schemes which will have a direct impact on the general public.
