- Banks will remain closed on August 8 in Sikkim and Odisha due to Tendong Lo Rum Phat.
- Rakshabandhan holiday will be observed in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan on August 9.
- Banks will remain closed on the occasion of Patriotism Day in Manipur on August 13.
- Independence Day holiday will be observed across the country on August 15.
- Banks will also remain closed in Gujarat and Maharashtra on August 16 due to Janmashtami and Parsi New Year.
- Ganesh Chaturthi holiday will be observed in Karnataka and Kerala on August 26.
- The second day of Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated in Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Odisha, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu and Telangana on August 27.
- After this, Nuakhai holiday will be observed in Odisha, Punjab and Sikkim on August 28.
