First, go to the EPFO Member Portal – https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/.

After logging in, go to the ‘Manage’ tab and click on ‘KYC’.
Enter your Aadhaar number and name.
Verification will be done by UIDAI. The status will be ‘Verified’ within two days.
Linking will be complete upon approval from both the employer and UIDAI.
When will it be ‘verified’?
After submission, the data goes to the Unique Identification Authority of India. The status is usually updated within 1-2 days. Once the ‘Verified by UIDAI’ and ‘Approved by Employer’ appear on the portal, the linking is complete.
How to link offline? (Aadhaar UAN Link Offline)
If you don’t want to use technology, go to the EPFO office and fill out the Aadhaar seeding form. Attach self-attested copies of your UAN, PAN, and Aadhaar. After submitting the form, you will receive an SMS notification confirming the linking is complete.
