7th Pay Commission, 7th CPC Latest News in Hindi 2020: Nitish Kumar government has taken an important decision for Bihar government employees in the midst of Corona crisis. The government has decided that the family of government employees who died from Kovid-19 will be given a ‘special family pension’. After this decision of the government, this benefit will be extended to the families of government employees who died from Kovid-19 while on duty. The special thing is that in addition to the existing benefits, the next of kin will be given job on compassionate basis.

It has been agreed to in the cabinet meeting held on Saturday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. This provision will be valid for cases from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021. Mithilesh Kumar Singh, Special Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat, shared this information by holding a press conference. According to him, if a family refuses to do the job, then the salary of the deceased employee will be paid every month till the last date of retirement.


Earlier, the state government had decided that the employees would be given full salary for the month of July. It was announced by Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Modi. The deputy CM has said that despite the lockdown imposed between July 16 and July 31, full pay will be given to the employees in July. Full salary will be given to regular and contract employees.
