A petition has been filed by the universities on Wednesday in the US District Court in Boston. This petition has requested to bypass the previous July 6 order of the Trump administration, terming it illegal.

It further states that a temporary restraining order of the government will stop the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Policy for 14 days. Universities have said that they have relied on the Department of Homeland Security’s policy since March, which allows foreign students to stay in the US and allow new students to come here.



F-1 and M-1 students will not get admission in USA

A statement was issued by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Department (Department of Immigration and Customs Enforcement) regarding this order, stating that nonimmigrant F-1 and M-1 students who are running only online classes. Will not be granted entry.

According to the department, such students will not be allowed to come to America and those who are still in America will have to leave the country. If they do not do so, the students may suffer the consequences. Explain that a large number of Indian students live in America. In such a situation, Indian students have suffered a major setback since the Trump government order.
